- Cancellations & Amendments: Requests for order cancellations or amendments must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe, typically 24-48 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery time, depending on the product. Custom cake orders may have stricter cancellation policies. Please contact us directly for specific conditions.
- Payment: We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. All payments are processed securely.
4. Delivery and Pickup
- Pickup: Orders for pickup can be collected at our bakery located at Telok Blangah Crescent, Singapore, zip 090008 during our specified operating hours. Please ensure you bring your order confirmation.
- Delivery: Delivery options, charges, and available areas will be specified during the checkout process. We make every effort to deliver orders within the chosen timeframe, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
- Care of Products: Once products are picked up or delivered, the responsibility for their proper handling and storage transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for damage occurring after handover.
5. Allergen Information
Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles various allergens including, but not limited to, wheat, nuts (tree nuts and peanuts), dairy, eggs, and soy. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free of allergens. Please inform us of any allergies when placing an order, but be aware that cross-contamination is always possible.
